Tareq Al-Qudah leads ASLA’s dispute resolution and arbitration teams. He is widely respected for his formidable courtroom presence, persuasive judicial filings, and strategic mastery of civil procedure and conservatory asset freezes.
Tareq has represented multinational corporations, banking institutions, and main contractors in multi-million dollar disputes, arbitral award enforcements under the New York Convention, and complex shareholder battles.
He holds an LL.M. in Comparative Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London and an LL.B. from Yarmouk University. He is a licensed Cassation Lawyer in Jordan and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).
Successfully obtained court enforcement for an LCIA international arbitral award exceeding JOD 8M in Jordan.
